Bombing Incident In Islam Scales

 All praise belongs to Allah alone. The final result is only for people who are pious. There is no hostility except to those who zhalim again violated religious boundaries. Blessings and greetings may always devoted to the Imam of the Messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, as well as to family and all his companions.

Painful events and blasting action that occurred in Riyadh on Tuesday night 12/3/1424H date (May 13 2003M, Ed.) Has killed scores of innocent people and cause material loss including criminal acts, one kind kezhaliman and hostility as well as form destruction on earth. Including actions that menyelisihi religious teachings of Islam that is straight in the noble objectives, laws are fair, and civilized-adabnya a courtesy.

Following exposure of the arguments of the Shari'a which indicate errors of this action, a very heinous crime, and the explanation of this crime and its legal in the scales of Islam.

1. In Islam, there are commands for justice, to do good deeds, and being mercy (compassion), and a ban on kemungkaran and hostility. As in the word of Allaah

إن الله يأمر بالعدل والإحسان وإيتاء ذي القربى وينهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر والبغي يعظكم لعلكم تذكرون

"Allah commands (you) to be fair and do good, giving to kinsfolk, and God forbid from evil deeds, kemungkaran, and hostility. He gave the instruction to you that ye may take heed." [An Nahl: 90].

While these criminal acts, devoid of the elements of justice, charity, and mercy, on the contrary, this action is an act of wrongdoing and acts of hostility.

2. In Islamic teachings, are forbidden to act beyond the limits and restrictions apply zhalim. Allaah says.

ولا تعتدوا إن الله لا يحب المعتدين

"... And do not transgress limits. Allah loveth not transgressors. [Al-Baqarah: 190].

In a Hadith Qudsi, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.

يا عبادي, إني حرمت الظلم على نفسي وجعلته بينكم محرما فلا تظالموا

"O, My servants. Behold, I forbade myself to apply zhalim, and I have made zhalim act which is forbidden amongst you. So do not you each wrongdoer."

While the action was carried out on the basis of action exceed the limits and built on the foundation kezhaliman.

3. In the Islamic destruction of proscribed actions on earth. As Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

وإذا تولى سعى في الأرض ليفسد فيها ويهلك الحرث والنسل والله لا يحب الفساد

"And when he turned away (from you), he walked on the earth to make mischief therein and to destroy crops and cattle, and Allah does not love corruption". [Al Baqarah: 205].

وإذا قيل لهم لا تفسدوا في الأرض قالوا إنما نحن مصلحون

"And when it is said unto them: 'Do not make mischief on earth," they replied:' We the people who made repairs. "[Al Baqarah: 11]

And this action is a form of destruction on earth, even including the most severe form of vandalism.

4. Among the rules of Islam which is great "avert danger." Among the arguments that show this rule, the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is reported by more than a friend of his,

لا ضرر ولا ضرار

"It should not be (a party) harm (others), and should not be (both) endanger each other."

And narrated by Abu Dawud and in others from Abu Shirmah, one of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, that he said.

من ضار أضر الله به ومن شاق شاق الله عليه

"Whoever (intentionally) harm (someone), then Allah will bring danger to him, and whoever (intentionally) bother (someone), then Allah will reduce hardship to him"

Although isnaad discussed, but it contains true meaning, because "the reply received is worth the charity" and as the saying goes 'two hands will meet two hands'. So, not a Muslim halal Muslim harm another, either by words or deeds.
While their actions that, done in a very dangerous form of action (other people) and very vicious.

5. And the basic principles of Islam is "to provide welfare and prevent harm." The action of these people, not the least provide benefits and rewards, while the harm can not be numbered.

6. In Islam there is pengharaman suicide. Allaah says,

ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم إن الله كان بكم رحيما ومن يفعل ذلك عدوانا وظلما فسوف نصليه نارا وكان ذلك على الله يسيرا

"And do not kill yourselves. Allah, Most Merciful to you. And those who did so in violation of applicable rights and injustice, We soon will enter it into hell. That is easy for Allah." [An Nisa ': 29-30].

In the Sahih Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim have narrated from Abu Hurayrah, he said, "The Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

من تردى من جبل فقتل نفسه فهو في نار جهنم يتردى فيها خالدا مخلدا فيها أبدا, ومن تحسى سما فقتل نفسه فسمه في يده يتحساه في نار جهنم خالدا مخلدا فيها أبدا, ومن قتل نفسه بحديدة فحديدته في يده يتوجأ في بطنه في نار جهنم خالدا مخلدا فيها أبدا

"Any person who deliberately threw herself from the mountain to die, then he in the Fire, he threw himself in hell, eternal forever. Any person who intentionally drank poison to death, the poison was still in his hand and he drank it in the Fire , he's eternal forever. And whoever kills himself with iron, then iron it will have in his hand and he was stab-stab to the stomach in the Fire, he's immortal forever. "

And these people kill themselves in criminal action being challenged (the crowd).

7. In Islamic teachings, the soul of a Muslim is forbidden to kill without the right reasons. Allaah says.

ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق

"And do not kill the soul which Allah forbidden (to kill), but by a (reason) is right". [Al-Isra ': 33]

Allaah also says about the nature of those who believe, that the servants of Allah the Most Merciful.

والذين لا يدعون مع الله إلها ءاخر ولا يقتلون النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق ولا يزنون ومن يفعل ذلك يلق أثاما; يضاعف له العذاب يوم القيامة ويخلد فيه مهانا;

"And those who do not worship another god along with Allah and do not kill the soul which Allah forbidden (to kill), except with (reason) is right, and do not commit adultery, so whoever did it, surely he's got (retaliation) sin ( it), (ie) will be doubled for him on the Day of Resurrection adzab and he will be eternal in adzab it in a state of humiliation ". [Al Furqan :68-69].

In the Sahih Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim have narrated from Ibn Mas'ud that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said.

لا يحل دم امرئ مسلم يشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأني رسول الله إلا بإحدى ثلاث: الثيب الزاني, والنفس بالنفس, والتارك لدينه المفارق للجماعة

It is not lawful shed blood of a Muslim who bears testimony that no god (which is right) but Allah and that I was the messenger of God, unless one of the three: the person who committed adultery (though he has a family), people who kill others , and the apostate to leave the congregation of the Muslims ".

لزوال الدنيا أهون عند الله من قتل رجل مسلم

"The disappearance of the world is much lighter in the hand of God than the murder of a Muslim".

So how many Muslims were killed in this heinous act?

8. Islam came to bring grace (for nature). People who do not care will not be loved. And loving people who will be loved by the Most Merciful. Many hadiths that explain the meanings of this. In Sunan Tirmidhi and in others there is a history of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has said:

لا تنزع الرحمة إلا من شقي

"It is not uprooted mercy (compassion), except from the (heart) people who hurt."

Even the grace that also includes over cattle and other creeping creatures. Imam Bukhari narrated in his book Adab al-simplex of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, that he said.

من رحم ولو ذبيحة رحمه الله يوم القيامة

"Those who have mercy (compassion), even though the animal sacrifices, then God will bless him on the Day of Judgement."

He also narrates, that there was a man said, "O, Messenger of Allah. I had slaughtered a goat and I bless him, "The Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

والشاة إن رحمتها رحمك الله

"And if thou be mercy to a goat, God will merahmatimu".

Once there was a man (from the Children of Israel) who have his sins forgiven because of the attitude of mercy (compassion) it to a dog that visits are licking wet soil because it is very thirsty. Then the man fell into a well, filled his shoe with water. By biting the shoe, he rose and gave it to the dog. So, God was praised and then forgive him. This hadith found in Saheeh Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim.

Abu Dawud and in others narrated from Ibn Mas'ud radi 'anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam never stop somewhere. When it is a man who took the eggs of a bird humarah. Then the bird flew in circles above his head the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Then he asked, "Who among you who disturb the eggs of this bird?" The man had replied, "I took it," the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam replied, "Give back as the attitude of mercy to him."

Think about the attitude of mercy (compassion) that noble called for Islam, then reflect on what is done by the perpetrators of this heinous act, the children became orphans, many women become widowed, lives were lost in vain, the heart became afraid, and property destroyed , and where the mercy of Islam? If they want to think about.

9. In Islam, there are restrictions to frighten (intimidation) and terrorizing the people of Islam. In the Sunan Abu Dawud narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that he said.

لا يحل لمسلم أن يروع مسلما

"It's not a Muslim halal scare another Muslim."

So, how many Muslims who have been cowed, intimidated, and abused (by the action of evil) that night?

10. In Islam there is wielding the weapons ban to the believers. In the Musnad of Imam Ahmad there is narrated from Ibn Umar 'Abd-Allaah that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, he said.

من حمل علينا السلاح فليس منا

"Those who bring weapons to attack us, then he is not from us".

In Saheeh Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, that he said.

إذا مر أحدكم في مسجدنا أو سوقنا بنبل فليمسك على أنصالها, لا يصب أحدا من المسلمين أذى

"If any one of you passes in mosques or markets carrying arrows, then he should hold the tip so as not to injure one of the Muslims".

While in this criminal action occurred blasting bombs and weapons of destruction in the midst of the Muslims and the places they live.

11. In Islam there is a ban motioned with the gun or something, either seriously or joking, and the ban on carrying weapons in a state drawn in order to maintain human safety.

In Saheeh Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim have narrated from Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said.

لا يشير أحدكم إلى أخيه بالسلاح فإنه لا يدري لعل الشيطان ينزع في يده فيقع في حفرة من النار

"Let there be no one of you gestured to his brother with a gun, because he does not know might be the devil."

In Muslim history.

من أشار إلى أخيه بحديدة فإن الملائكة تلعنه حتى ينزع وإن كان أخاه لأبيه وأمه

"Those who gestured to his brother (to frighten) with an iron bar, then cursed by the angels until he left the act, although people who were intimidated  siblings." [2]

12. In Islamic teachings, are forbidden to be treacherous and breaking promises. God said.

إن الله لا يحب الخائنين

"Allah loves not those who defected." [Al-Anfal: 58].

إن الله لا يحب من كان خوانا أثيما

"Allah loves not those who always betrayed again wallowing in sin." [An Nisa ': 107]

In Saheeh Muslim mentioned a history of Abu Sa'eed al Khudri, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

لكل غادر لواء يوم القيامة يرفع له بقدر غدرته

"Every traitor has a banner of recognition in the Day of Resurrection, his banner is raised in accordance penghianatannya".

In Sahih Bukhari narrated from Ibn 'Umar mentioned, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said.

لكل غادر لواء ينصب بغدرته

"Every traitor will have a banner identifying who planted because penghianatannya".

In Buraidah hadith in Sahih Muslim that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

اغزوا ولا تغلوا ولا تغدروا ولا تمثلوا

"Fight! Do not do gulul (taking the spoils of war before the split). Do not violate the pledge, and do not injure the body of the enemy".

What a great breach of promise made by those people and how severe their betrayal.

13. In Islam there is ban on killing children, women and elderly people. Buraidah in the hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

ولا تقتلوا وليدا

"And do not you kill children." [Reported by Muslim]

Mentioned in Saheeh Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim narrated from Ibn Umar, that there was a woman killed in some battle of Allah, then he denied killing women and children act small.

Mentioned in Sunan Abu Dawud hadith of Anas, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

انطلقوا باسم الله وبالله وعلى ملة رسول الله ولا تقتلوا شيخا فانيا ولا طفلا ولا صغيرا ولا امرأة

"Go (to war) with the name of God, with God, and above millah Prophet. Do not kill the elderly parents, children, babies, and women."

While in this criminal act, does not distinguish between small and large, between men and women, even the dead are mostly elderly people, women, and young children.

14. In Islam there is a command to maintain consensus and agreement, the ban on killing people who have a covenant with the Muslims and the people who get security guarantees. Allaah says.

وأوفوا بالعهد إن العهد كان مسؤولا

"... And fulfill the promise, that promise would indeed be held accountable." [Al-Isra ': 34].

يا أيها الذين آمنوا أوفوا بالعقود

"O ye who believe! Aqad-aqad fill it." [Al Maidah: 1].

In Sahih Bukhari there is a history of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said.

من قتل معاهدا لم يرح رائحة الجنة, وإن ريحها توجد من مسيرة أربعين عاما

"Whoever kills a mu'ahad (non-Muslims who get security guarantees), then he will not smell the smell of heaven, but heaven smell wafted from a distance of forty-year journey."

In Nasa'i history of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said.

من أمن رجلا على دمه فقتله فأنا بريء من القتل, وإن كان المقتول كافرا

"Those who ensure the safety of a person, then he killed her, then I am innocent of the murder, although that was killed was an infidel."

Which pagans into the land of the Muslims by the security agreement or promise from the authorities, it must refrain from acts of hostility to him, either to life or property. The people of Islam, dhimma (collateral) they are equal, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

المؤمنون تتكافأ دماؤهم ويسعى بذمتهم أدناهم

"People believe in it, blood (soul) they equal (position). And those who disbelieve them under warranty, could try"

While the people beyond this limit (the bombers, Ed.), Not at all considering the dhimma (collateral) of the Muslims, and not maintain agreements and treaties. They kill the people who have received security guarantees.

15. In Islam there is pengharaman hostility to others and the destruction of their belongings. In Saheeh Muslim have narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that he said.

إن دماءكم وأموالكم حرام عليكم كحرمة يومكم هذا في شهركم هذا في بلدكم هذا

"Behold the blood and treasure you haram (harassed) by you as your day this prohibition, in this month, in this country."

As for those who stress that beyond this limit, how many buildings and houses which they destroyed? How much loss of property and loss of personal belongings caused by their act?

16. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade human archery at the time they're in a state of sleep, quiet and rest; Islam even threaten the culprit. In the Musnad of Imam Ahmad there is narrated from Abu Hurayrah with chains that is authentic, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

من رمانا بالليل فليس منا

"Whoever we shoot at night, so he's not from our group."

As for the perpetrators of the crime is actually chose the night to perform evil acts being challenged again cruel.

Based on the above explanation, then every person who knows the fundamental principle of Islam by the noble, its maxims are sturdy, and full of suggestions that wisdom, he will understand the truth and know absolutely convinced the antagonism between the actions these criminals with the teachings of this religion, that the actions are forbidden in Islamic law. Islamic religion which is straight, not at all to admit it (did not allow, Ed.).

Should not attribute criminal acts to the religion. Or assume that acts as the nature of people who are religious, or because of the actions of kindness was then denounced the verdict, which is a milestone nahi unjust enforcement of this religion or criticize other Islamic teachings. Such actions are attitudes nyeleneh (odd) which describes the (nature of) the perpetrators. His sin will be borne by those involved and provide assistance. Sinners will not bear the sins of others. Islam innocent of such actions.

I relayed all of this as advice to the religion of Allah, so as not to attribute to him things that are not his. And (also) advice to the servants of God who believe no charges for deeds rather than their deeds. And for people who are not deceived and ignorant people who fail do not be fooled. And to close the gap for people with bad intention towards this religion through attitudes are not taught and not sourced from the direction-direction full of wisdom. No I mean other than make repairs as I could. And no taufik request, except to God. I bertawakkal Him and surrender. God likewise is the only place to ask for guiding us to the goodness with taufikNya, and show us His ways are straight. We take refuge in Allah from the deceiver, deceivers confusion, both visible and hidden. We ask Him to keep the Muslims (with) faith and their security, and keep them away from the ugliness, ugliness, slander through the blessings and grace. Verily He is the Hearing, the grant the prayer.
