Attack Of The Tourists That Visited The Islamic State

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question:
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: How does the law attacked (interfere with) the foreign tourists and tourists visiting the Islamic State?

Answers:
It is not justified, not justified attack against anyone, whether he was a tourist or the workers, because they have been protected.  They went with protection, it is not justified to attack them.  But give advice to the government that the government prohibits them from doing things that violate.

As they are not allowed to interfere.  Not justified for any individual to perform any actions such as killing, hit or hurt them but complain any problems to the leader, because they attack means attacking people who are in the protection it is not justified to attack them. . However complain everything to someone who is able to prevent their entry or prevent them to do evil.

As for giving advice to them with a call to Islam or leave evil, if he is Muslim then that is desired as indicated by the arguments of the Shari'a.

Only to God they can depend on, no power and effort but only belongs to God.  Hopefully shed blessings and greetings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and the friends he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
