Suicide Bombings, Is It Jihad?

The Muslims, may Allah protect us from misunderstandings aqidah-actually perform jihad in the correct understanding and implementation including a glorious worship. For God has commanded the Muslims to wage jihad against his enemies. Allah says (which means), "O Prophet, strive against the unbelievers and those hypocrites, and be harsh to them ..." (Surat At-Tauba: 9). Because jihad is worship, then to apply it must also be fulfilled two main requirements: (1) sincere and (2) according to the guidance of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. The question now is the phenomenon of bombings carried out by some Muslim youths in immoral places visited by foreign tourists that in fact those who disbelieve. Is it true that the actions of suicide bombings in places like that included in the category of jihad and the people who die because of the action-either during or because of the D-day officials caught and sentenced to death-may be called the people who die a martyr?
Not the Jihad Suicide Bombings
Allah ta'ala says (which means), "And do not you kill yourselves, Allah loves you." (Surah An-Nisaa ': 29)
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Those who committed suicide by using a tool / way in the world, then he will be punished in a way that on the Day of Resurrection." (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim). The suicide then it is accidentally given udzur and the culprit is not guilty based on the word of Allah Almighty (which means), "And there is no sin for you because you made a mistake that was not deliberate but it (the sin is) that you accidentally from your hearts. "(Surat al-Ahzab: 5). Thus the suicide bombings carried out by some people in the name of jihad is an aberration (read: violation shari'ah). Moreover, with the action that causes the killing of the Muslims or infidels Muslims who are protected by the government without a justifiable reason shari'ah.
Allah says (which means), "And do not you kill the soul which Allah forbade, except with the right reasons." (Surat Al-Israa ': 33)
Killing Muslims By deliberately and not
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "It is not lawful to shed the blood of a Muslim who testified there is no god (which is true) but Allah and bear witness that I (Muhammad) is the Messenger of Allah except with one of three reasons: [1] life-rewarded life ( qishash), [2] a manwives who commit adultery, [3] and those that separate religion and leave jama'ah (apostates). "(Narrated by Bukhari, Muslim)
He also said, "Indeed, the disappearance of the world easier for God than killing a believer without the right reasons." (Narrated by al-Mundziri, see Sahih At-Targhib wa At-Tarhib). This shows that Muslims intentionally murder is a grave sin.
In the case of killing a believer without a deliberate action, God requires the perpetrator to pay diyat / fines and kaffarah / ransom. Allah ta'ala says (which means), "Not appropriate for a believer to kill another believer except by accident. So whoever is killed believer by accident then it is obligatory for him to free a believing slave and pay diyat who handed to his family, except when his family was pleased to give alms (to forgive). "(Surah An-Nisaa ': 92). The killing of some Muslims, due to acts of suicide bombing, then this obviously does not include accidental killings, so that it can not be justified on the grounds of jihad.
Kaafir Killing Without Rights
Kill the infidel dhimmis, mu'ahad, and musta'man (the unbelievers who are protected by the Muslim government), is an unlawful act. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Whoever kills a soul mu'ahad (unbelievers who have agreements with the government bondthe muslims) then he will not smell the scent of heaven, when in fact it smells heavenly journey can be smelled from a distance of 40 years. "(Narrated by Bukhari).
As for killing infidels mu'ahad by accident then God requires the perpetrator to pay diyat and kaffarah as mentioned in paragraph (a means), "If that was killed was from a people who become your enemies (infidels harbi) and he is a believer then kaffarahnya is freeing slaves who believe, as for if those killed came from people who have a bond agreement between you with them (infidels mu'ahad) then he must pay blood money handed to his family and liberating slaves who believe. Whoever does not get it then let fast two consecutive months in order taubatnya accepted by God. Allah is knowing, All-wise. "(Surah An-Nisaa ': 92)
Can Saying The Fulan Martyr?
In his Shahih which is the most authentic book after the Qur'an, Bukhari rahimahullah write a chapter titled "Chapter. Not allowed to say so and so the Martyrs "as evidence the statement of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam," Allah knows best those who really strive in His way, and God knows best who is wounded in His way. "( Sahih Bukhari, cet. Dar Ibn Hazm, p.. 520)
Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar explains rahimahullah (Fath al-Bari, vol 6 p.. 90. Cet. Dar Al-ma'rifah Beirut. Ash-Syamilah), "words he 'should not be said that the martyr so and so', meaning not be sure this matter unless based on the revelation ... "
Al-'Aini rahimahullah also said, "That can not ensure it (the martyr so and so, important life) unless there is a theorem of revelation as confirmation." (Umdat Al-Qari, vol 14 things. 180. Asy-Syamilah)
Well, actually this case is clear. Namely, if there is a mujahid who fought the jihad that syar'i later he died in battle should not be so sure that he died a martyr, except to certain persons who are expressly mentioned by the argument!

If people really strive with only syar'i jihad should not be confirmed as a martyr, as long as no specific arguments that confirm it-then how is more to people who perform acts of destruction on the earth without any right under the guise of jihad, may God forgive sins those who have died and awaken the supporters who are still living-... Take a lesson, O my brother ...
In closing, we reminded the youth to be cautious in God and distanced themselves from the actions that will plunge them into hell. Allah ta'ala says (which means), "So you guys afraid of hell which the fuel is men and stones." (Surat al-Baqara: 24). O my brothers Be conscious of your negligence, do not you be riding the devil to spread mischief in the face of this earth. We pray to Allah Almighty for the hang of the Muslims about their religion, and keep them from misleading slander visible or hidden.
